Officer Kelley was hesitent to ID asking if I was in the FBI Boston, and when I asked if they were under investigation, why would they ask that, officer Klimas said it was a good question. Detective Lencki tried telling me I couldn't be in the parking lot, pointing out that there were signs across the lot (at the police parking only lot) that said "police parking." This part of the lot was for the public and had multiple police cars marked and unmarked.
