Yeah, this makes me sad. I love Ryan Hall and I think his heart is good. He provides great severe weather coverage. But, he's indoctrinated into the same school of thought as other weathermen on MSM. He also doesn't believe in chemtrails either.

His largest project produced 10 million gallons of rain and states that he sees no evidence that cloud seeding caused this catastrophic flooding. The storm dumped 4 TRILLION gallons of water onto Texas . He believes that cloud seeding companies do need more regulation and oversight and that cloud seeding and weather modification should be performed responsibly and transparently to gain the trust of the people, however does not speak well of geo engineering..
