Ryan Howard That guy rocked.

Weren’t for being held up by Thome for a year or two and that Achilles probably could been in the hall.

The Big Piece was a force. His 58 HR season was special. His 505ft HR in 2007 is still the Citizens Bank Park record.

Seeing a game at CBP, would never grab a beer or take a trip to the latrine if Ryan Howard might be stepping to the plate soon. Chances of a bomb were just too high.

Probably my favorite Philly ever. Hated when he played against the Mets but how could you not fall in love with that swing

Named my son after Ryan. They both rock.

Yes he did. He comes to my pizza shop down the shore. Great guy!

The first HR being in shea - You know ball. Getting him , Chase Utley and jimmy Rollins after Pat Burrell, Scott Rolen and Bobby Abreu was not right to me as a young Mets fan.

people who are quietly good at what they do will always get my attention 🥺

The shift literally ended his career. Poor guy.

Ryan Howard; the NL David Ortiz who was unfortunately forced to play defense

Cards fan here. As much as I hated that he drug MVP votes away from Albert, the dude was incredibly likable and an absolute STUD over the course of 5-6 seasons. Albert, Prince Fielder, D Lee, and he made up a very formidable NL 1B group every year.

@LobsterLockzzzz a Ryan Howard no doubt HR is my favorite of all time. The bat drop is pure art

Imagine if he didn’t tear his achilles 🥲

@ah_pod His swing is so smooth

He’s one of my all-time favorites…. You know how you could tell a guy can flat out hit bombs? 💣 You can’t turn away from the TV when he’s batting and you run to the TV as soon as you realize he is up… can’t miss TV. 📺 Ryan Howard was can’t miss TV

One of the most fun players to watch hit

Once he went off the roids he was never the same

@ryanpropz

One of my favorite all time guys. He deserved better respect IMO.

Cant explain it but he was the Dwight Howard of baseball during this era

On some sleepy afternoon in college I was half asleep on a futon when he hit a bomb. The sound of the bat hitting the ball made me jump in the air

Good editing...timing each swing with a guitar rif

@WallacesOwner It’s missing the 3rd decker off of Mussina.

@CmanSmith67

Never see another like him.

BIG PIECE

Nobody had a better 5 year stretch in MLB history. Prove me wrong

You should go a little older, too. Eric Davis, Andres Galarraga, Dante Bichette, Shawn Green, Phil Nevin… awesome players who unfortunately don’t get talked about enough anymore

@DevoDevo3523 The big piece !

The goat

I saw him strike out in a pinch hit appearance for the Savannah Bananas two years ago so his legacy is forever tarnished

his launch angle was insane bro 😭

@ah_pod I am now, and forever grateful to see this man as a Philly along my lifetime. He was INCREDIBLE.

About damn time!

Love Ryan Howard. His plate appearances were must see tv
