The “but I don’t regret it” cope is always nuts

Proof positive that Gallagher is a stone-cold sociopath. Only a sociopath would regard those kinds of post-op complications to be a joke. Only a sociopath would operate on someone with a high BMI, then neglect to add drainage tubes to boot. Only a sociopath would forego malpractice insurance so that she can't be sued. Instead, she should be arrested and tossed in jail.

How is that butcher not in prison?

Ethical doctors don't do this 'work'. If you are seeking to surgery to reinforce your mental health disorder, you won't be able to find an ethical doctor to do it. That's how ethics work. Unethical doctors do unethical work. It can't be a shock.

Is there a chance so many of these surgeries get intentionally botched so that the patient has to go seek a second surgery? That’s two fees.

This Gallagher chic sounds like an absolute menace. I bet she'd have her license revoked by now if she was practicing in Ireland where she's originally from. How is she even still in business? Given the number of complaints, her malpractice insurance must be through the roof.
