1. Banks don't lend money. 2. Banks borrow from the public. 3. Banks are in the business of purchasing securities. 4. The banks do the opposite of what they present to the public. Banks never transfer any money. 5. What we call a deposit is a bank's record of its debt to the public. 6. Banks invent fictious customer deposits. 7. Banks create money supply by inventing fictitious deposits. 8. You won't have a problem of inequality if money is created for production purposes. 9. Banks are not financial intermediaries but rather money creators. 10. The UK does not have finance but the City of London does and its not part of UK.

Earlier in this decade investors made the elementary mistake of ignoring very high valuations and focusing only on the business strengths and writing books on how valuations do not matter and u should hold stocks for ever. We made a contemporaneous presentation on why this and BAAP in general does not work ( see on youtube or search in my tweet history). Now investors are making the exact opposite mistake of ignoring business uncertainty and focusing only on valuations. Buying during uncertainty is recommended when uncertainty is market related without threatening the underlying business- interest rates, market flows, politics etc. Here the issue is of business uncertainty and threat of disruption etc so all uncertainty is not of the same quality. Dinshaw S Irani - our current India CEO and IT analyt of Helios from 2005 to 2023 - has been brilliant in understanding and highlighting these differences.

When goldman issues a stablecoin and JPMorgan doing it on Ethereum as Layer 1 blockchain they're going to want to secure it by staking Ethereum so, we're trying to get in front of that by creating an Ethereum treasury vehicle." Why is Tom Lee converting a bitcoin mining company to an ETH treasury and staking company? Simple. The banks will have stablecoins. The stablecoins will deploy on Ethereum. And so...the banks will acquire & stake ETH to secure their stablecoins. First commercial banks buy and stake. Then central banks buy and stake ETH. ETH becomes a world reserve asset. Citadel is one of the largest Hedge Funds and the largest Market Maker. This in itself is a conflict of interest. Ken Griffin thinks he is untouchable but so did Bernie Madoff. When chaos hits there is no honor among thieves. A Ponzi scheme always ends badly.

Presently banks in the U.S. cannot use crypto until clarity acts creates separation of governing bodies and who looks after what. Also, the USD is still the predominant bridge currency, so that will be used more than any other asset, including XRP. When XRP is the cheaper hop, banks like Euroexim and others will utilize XRP, but until there is 100% clarity in the U.S. banks will not use crypto assets, and RLUSD and/or other U.S. denominated stablecoins will be utilized first. When there is clarity, and banks can use crypto assets, they now have a fully functioning RTGS stack through Ripple Prime, GTreasury, Palisade, Rail, Ripple Payments/RippleNet, EverNorth for XRP treasury and use.

I met with a delegation from the All India Banking Officers Confederation, who expressed their distress at the state of our public sector banks and the impact of it on common people. - Public Sector Banks are being forced to prioritise profit over people and are thus unable to serve the public effectively - With staff shortages and a toxic work environment, they are expected to reach unachievable targets without a level playing field - Women employees are not given equal opportunity or advancement and forced to bear the brunt of dissatisfied public Modi govt must stop using PSBs as an unlimited source of funds for their fraudulent friends. There’s also more to a public sector bank than a dividend cheque to the govt at the end of the year.

Corporate ghost houses are popping up in my neighborhood, are you seeing this too? Not enough people are talking about how corporations like BlackRock are dismantling the American Dream of home ownership. They are buying up homes at 3X the value, all cash and selling them back to themselves to price regular buyers out of the market. This is creating a renters society for young people which may NEVER give way to ownership for future generations. It will also impact old people on fixed incomes because the inflated home valuations will eventually result in jacked up property taxes which could force boomers and elderly OUT of their homes, even if the mortage is paid off. This is BAD ------>
