There is a serious problem between the government and its citizens. Citizens are exercising their constitutional rights to express their grievances against the government. However, the government has chosen to respond with force, violence, and arrests to suppress these rights; the very rights citizens are using to dramatize their dissatisfaction and petition those in power. Who will ultimately win? I do not understand how President @WilliamsRuto plans to rely on force and violence as tools of persuasion and negotiation all the way to a successful re-election.
