the problem is nurses allow this,when there are inspections at the clinics they go borrow from neighbouring clinics and pretend that the have equipments,meanwhile they don't,give those inspectors the reality of your daily life

Worse our clinics/hospitals were filled with all types of illegal immigrants. I feel her pain.

I agree our nurses have never even been compensated for working front line trough covid 19 yet they studied

@CyrilRamaphosa Department of Health needs to get checked. People before the current cabinet need to be held accountable. Health needs to be prioritised.. People must be scared to do corruption in this department. Examples must be made. This is sad.

The sad truth is that this lady is not lying, she tells it as it is..! Those nurses stand there and is basically between the bottle and the label- the amount of shit these poor people have to put up with from both sides - hospital management and doctors alike. I’m not saying they are never wrong but they are not compensated fairly for their effort and skill level! Go have a look at the bottomline figures of companies like Netcare and Life health- is it fair? And then don’t get me started on the ratio of qualified nurses versus caregivers…

The issue is that the economy is just expensive, the cycle of increased salaries isn't the solution. Cut down PAYE, reduce government spending and cut down vat, fuel tax etc . Put more money in people's pockets

Take your education to Canada or the UK.. and go and make real money. Why are you sitting there complaining? You are a doctor. Your patients are poor people who earn less than $500USD a month. How much do you expect to be paid above that?
