One of my favorite beginner workouts, and it only takes 30 minutes. Efficiency is the name of the game with kettlebell workouts. Giving you a solid workout in minimal time is the best part about them. So save and hit this one! #kettlebell #workout

Unpopular opinion: if you don’t have dips in your workouts then you’re leaving a lot of gains on the table. You can argue all you want but they go a long way. One of the best compound workouts.

Workouts monitoring using Ultralytics YOLO26 pose 🏃‍♂️‍➡️ Imagine tracking your workouts using YOLO26, whether it's leg press, bench press, or leg extension, with just 2 lines of code! I've shared the command for running it, making it easy to track your workouts even on a CPU-based system. You don’t always need a high-end GPU; exporting the model to TorchScript or ONNX can boost performance on CPU devices. Code below 👇 #Workout #AI #MachineLearning

Jabari Smith Jr on Falling Out of the Top 2 in the 2022 NBA Draft 🚀 “I had 2 workouts. Orlando, OKC. I thought I was gonna be 1 or 2. I thought I had good workouts. But both of them are working out good. I don’t think anybody made a bad pick. There was 3 #1 picks.“

Motion Shooting: This is a build up from one of our spring workouts. These are not static or random actions. These are actions from our offensive schemes. We want to have a healthy tension between discipline and creativity/reads. We are working on this balance all the time. #DoTheWork #GrowOurGame.

Shred the core! 15 ABS exercises. No equipment needed. Beach workouts are my ultimate therapy. Rise and grind! Save this and put in the work! Pro tip: start your workout with core exercises so you don’t skip at the end. Also serves as a good warmup. #workout #fitness

On demolition drives across the country, Nadeem Khan from APCR says, "Instead of asking me why mosques and madrasas are being targeted, you should ask the District Magistrate or the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Ask them whether only places of worship belonging to one particular religion are considered illegal. Do all places of worship belonging to other religions have proper documentation? Are places of worship of other faiths that stand in the middle of roads not considered illegal? This is not a question of legality or illegality..."

🐻: I tried following Jimin’s workout routine once…Wow... 🐻: It’s so tough. Jimin’s workout style. Jimin is kind of flexible, right? He’s really flexible and he’s someone who did a lot of dance in the past, so I can’t even come close to doing his workouts. 🐻: My workouts focus more on things like posture and form, so it was really exhausting.

SO SAD: This is why I don’t care how many illegal immigrants are deported or the methods used and I don’t care how many drug boats President Trump blows out of the water. A 19 year old is gone because he took one hit from a vape pen with a bad fentanyl laced cartridge.

You’re Not From New England 👇 If you think 30 degrees needs a heavy coat, pronounce Worcester the way it’s spelled, or don’t know the good Dunkin’ from the bad one, you might not be from New England. These are the unspoken rules locals just know.
