Unpopular opinion: if you don’t have dips in your workouts then you’re leaving a lot of gains on the table. You can argue all you want but they go a long way. One of the best compound workouts.

🐻: I tried following Jimin’s workout routine once…Wow... 🐻: It’s so tough. Jimin’s workout style. Jimin is kind of flexible, right? He’s really flexible and he’s someone who did a lot of dance in the past, so I can’t even come close to doing his workouts. 🐻: My workouts focus more on things like posture and form, so it was really exhausting.
