Sadly, Devourer Demon Hunters will launch today without having any Void-blue customizations. It's strange to me that Blizz went through the trouble of recoloring EVERY single ability for this spec from Throw Glaive to your Glide wings, but we can't get eyes and tattoos to match?

Character Customization is such an easy win...like Housing was. And housing took forever. Either character customization is some hard coded thing buried in the spaghetti code or they just don't want to do it. Which is weird.

Idts, we've seen them adding new hair, eye, and tattoo colors to certain races throughout DF. I dont know why they wouldn't do that here, too.

The Velf demon hunters don’t even have unique accessories they share the red blindfolds and underwear with the belfs it’s insulting

something else i found to be CRIMINAL is that if you choose a demon hunter specific skin tone on your void elf it changes your underwear texture to blood elf too…

Its insane to ne that this is a "box" feature and they went to hard on the abilities, icons, animations, models but the most fundamental basics we should be getting are forgotten?? Abd not even acknowledged??

My personal opinion? It looks lazy. But, sure, this is the pre-patch, it can be analyzed and changed in the next future. It's minor things that don't add up. Where's the blueish-black themed customization intended to work with'em? VElves have the second worst options in game.

@TheRedShirtGuy All I wanted was to be able to give my DH void-blue tattoos 😭 The dumbest thing about this is that void aberrations & demons have been lumped together since vanilla launched and we all thought voidwalkers were just another demon. These weren’t distinct forces for YEARS

Sucks that class that took meta from lock and got themes and spells that should’ve gone to shadow priest, and has the best mobility of any classs and let’s be real, they’ll be busted with dmg for a long time before they’re patched, doesn’t have cooler tattoo colors

I was really disappointed when I created my Demon Hunter. Zero differences from the regular Demon Hunters. Not even different glaives, and the only ones that actually fit are only available in Heroic+ raids...

Yeah it doesn't make sense. I hope they fix this asap because it looks bad on a Void elf. Even the DH skins are just Blood elfs skin. I expected void skin counterpart. @WatcherDev

This is the single greatest L for midnight imo. I’m immediately rerolling devourer, but I’d be even more ecstatic abt them if they got anything really to make their appearance outside of meta more cohesive. Like they clearly have the resources. Just sad

there is hope for Midnight tho. the quest that explains the inception of devourers is a max level (iirc) questline on beta so in theory thats when they start existing lore-wise. we get to play them now bcos they are a gameplay feature that earns money lol

Well we know we’re not getting it next week or in the foreseeable future so we have to let them know this is what we want to see added to the game so they can potentially start working on it. Why would we sit and wait hope they add something they gave no indication of adding.
