Resetting regulated rent is the only way systems like rent stabilization can work. It’s why every other city in America with rent control allows for it. Otherwise buildings go bankrupt and apartments stay off the market like the 50,000 empty ones here in New York. New York has a housing shortage, but building new housing will be negated if we don’t bring these empty apartments back to New Yorkers who desperately need housing.

Today, we announce our Series C Funding of $250M at $2.5B post money valuation to scale our Autonomous and Interceptor drone programs. This round of funding is co-led by Sequoia Capital and American Strategic Technology Fund (ASTF) with participation by Interlagos, Valor Equity Partners, Allen & Company, Thiel Capital, Spark Capital, and Dylan Field. These funds will accelerate the development and production ramps for new drone programs including Archer AI, an FPV platform augmented with autonomy features including Terminal Guidance and GPS-denied Position Hold, and Bandit, a c-UAS interceptor drone intended to counter Class 2 and 3 drone threats including Shahed-style systems. These platforms are being developed with the hardware and compute required for multi-asset control (often called “swarming”) while retaining the cost efficiency Neros is known for – and that’s essential to achieving true attritable mass. Both Archer AI and Bandit will be deployed for combat by the end of 2026.

A law must be made where anyone entering a club should be required to deposit their car keys and only be given back after clearing an alcohol test. Just yesterday, 4 youngsters lost their lives after leaving a club alcohol and driving together is nothing less than a death trap. This Thar crashed into a divider at Exit 9 on the Delhi–Gurugram Expressway, and another shocking part what i see is that the airbags didn’t even deploy. Attacks always get better. Here's a new nginx RCE that bypasses ASLR, tested on the latest nginx 1.30 and 1.31. This still requires a non-default config, but unlike some previous bugs, it does not depend on any additional vulnerabilities or external helpers to get to RCE. We reported the bug on May 15. F5 has confirmed it, and hopefully a patch will land soon. This is getting ridiculous 😅. We have enough nginx bugs to do an entire week of MAD Bugs on it. Who could have thought nginx is starting to feel like the new Linux kernel? This is the funniest time in computer hacking. And yet the world is completely unprepared for this new reality.

Conflict is time to build knowledge & of course sell if there’s a capability. Introducing the “T12 CUAS kinetic kill suite including weapon, optics & specialised ammunition” from SSS Defence. Indian DNA - not 🇺🇸 , 🇹🇷 , 🇩🇪 or 🇷🇺(being clear on purpose since we will see plenty of those shameless🪛 assembly variants now that we’ve accomplished it). Check our own video of a drone kill @ 90 m. Heard many folks argue that kinetic solutions aren't 100% reliable or that at these short ranges one is already toast. That's the reality of kinetic counter drone work - For soldiers on the ground, it's a choice between shooting back or certain death. We have one of the best man portable options on offer & it'll make its way into the hands of our soldiers soon. I'd like to highlight the image of Ukrainian soldiers working on their CUAS skills. If it has worked for them, it's going to work for us. If anyone wishes to study self reliance or civil-military cohesion, the T12 suite is our story & we have a long way to go. Kinetic drone work is dirty & too close at times for comfort. But our boys have to survive

Tests of the new version of the Ukrainian Sea Baby naval drone with a new hull design. As said new model can carry up to 10 centners of explosives over distances of up to 1000km. But the possibilities of using marine drones of this model will not be limited only to use in the kamikaze role. It is said that the design of the drone allows the installation of modules for firing at enemy coastal targets. There is also said to be the possibility of installing air defense systems on the platform.
