The situation escalated as participants harassed innocent drivers, blocked them from passing, and in some cases, climbed on and damaged vehicles. A Black man complains that he is the only Black engineer at Meta. I know childhood and college friends, as well as family, who work at Google, NVIDIA, Tesla, TSMC, Meta, Apple, etc. Every few years, when the stars align, we all manage to have a BBQ together during the holidays. They all say they can count on one hand the number of Black engineers they've ever known throughout their careers. In the last five years, 50% of the Black individuals who entered their field have had to communicate through email because they want every conversation documented, as those individuals were known to make racist allegations against people. Those individuals have been systematically fired over the last year.

Last night, the atmosphere outside the Michael Rappaport show took a dark turn as masked individuals, supporters of terrorism, confronted Jewish attendees at the theater. Our organization, the Chicago Jewish Alliance, was there in the thick of it. The scene escalated quickly, and while we managed to capture some footage, the increasing violence was alarming. We commend the Chicago Police Department for their efforts in maintaining safety in the past, but last night was unacceptable. Their handling of the situation left much to be desired, and if it weren’t for the presence of several off-duty officers escorting our members to their cars, it could have turned even more unsafe. Moving forward, we are committed to working closely with the Chicago Police to enhance security measures for the Jewish community. We believe that through collaboration and open dialogue, we can create a safer environment for all. Together, we can stand against hate and ensure that our community feels protected and supported.

During our next stop, the foreign nationals operating a spaza shop attempted to evade inspection by quickly closing the doors and dumping the cigarettes they were selling into rubbish bins. While conducting the inspection, we discovered one of the individuals hiding in the ceiling. Both individuals were arrested by TMPD after it was confirmed that they were in the country illegally. Honestly, at some point, we are going to be forced to make a very harsh and tough choice as people of African descent that will determine the future of our race. Because these evil, racist non-black people are not giving us much of a choice to begin with. They don't want us to "go back to Africa"...they want us GONE FROM THE EARTH. And unfortunately, even if you want to believe, not all non-black people are racist (which is true); that doesn't change the reality that some are, and that "some" number in the millions that want to kill us, so we must take that threat seriously.
