Sadly RapidPenang is not that Rapid, it's just Penang. It's sad because...

There are so many places they could put a Queue Jump Lane but they don't. I took me almost 5 mins to clear this intersection but the left turn slip lane was free flowing. That could have been a Queue Jump Lane and my Enviro500 would have RapidPenang'ed the place.
