Absolutely ridiculous. It blows my mind the amount that movies/movie studios make from a successful box office return only to give the people who helped create them mere pennies.

Who is letting these guys cook??

why do we need their likenesses? why not just create all new AI characters? humans are so 20th century

Any movie studios who thinks using AI must be out of damn mind shortcut is not the answer

AI will write the script AI will be the actors AI design the sets AI will direct AI will do the camera There will be nothing practical, nothing physical, an entire movie created inside a mainframe. And the ticket price will still be insane.
