Last night, while her husband was away attending a wedding, she invited Aslam to her home. After he arrived, she called her husband and asked him to stay at the wedding overnight before closing the door. In the meantime, an argument broke out between Bhuri and Aslam. In a fit of rage, Aslam strangled her to death. When Bhuri's children knocked on the door and received no response, they called the neighbors for help. Aslam was arrested by the police within a few hours of the incident.
