Saif El-Din Abu Sitta, a young boy from Gaza, suffers from severe heart problems and complications following a tracheostomy. He frequently experiences bouts of suffocation due to issues with his suction device,

which no longer functions properly due to the lack of electricity in Gaza. His mother is desperately seeking help to transfer him outside of Gaza for proper medical care, as the necessary treatments and equipment are not available in the Strip.
