Great nude beach

It's a beautiful island, and I've been there several times. I also like the Dutch side.

Romy, it's ok to ask about the island. Both sides of the island (French or Dutch) have positive reasons to go there...I liked being able to cross the border. Last time I was there, nobody stopped us. So, it's the diverse cultures that I like. I'm a chocolate addict so that I would go to the Dutch side. There are a lot of seafood restaurants, so I loved the cultural take on both. You may have found that they use the same seafood and other ingredients. Suppose you're looking for French Culture (with some Caribbean/West Indian influence). My favorite island is Martinique. The food, people, and life are better. Plus, they might have a few more clothing-optional beaches. Warning: A lot of foreign tourists go to the back of the beach, sit there, and take pictures of the naked women. It's funny, about cultures, in North America, people worry about public nudity. But when I was there, native islanders weren't bothered by it... they didn't seem to care about the cameras. There was this little French restaurant/deli type, run by the French couple... it was perfect/heaven/quality food...I lived there. I hope that you had fun, and go back. Lastly, my overall favorite Caribbean island is St. Lucia... everything about it is top-notch, with some of the best beaches and resorts. I hoped that this helped a little.

I was never up on the northern coast at Anse Marcel...I heard it's beautiful. You are right about St. Barth's. I was there many years ago. Any celebrity sightings?
