I would argue his mind reading powers in Frieza saga is an example of Gag Manga powers. It's literally going, "we don't want to have to recap the manga/anime that we just did to catch him up to speed, so he can read minds now"

ngl the concept of Goku beating Saitama, not from being stronger, just from having actual gag character DNA, is both hilarious and a really solid take

I actually propose that Goku's gag powers morphed into a sort of gag-nullifying force over time due to matching Arale's power in a beam clash, Arale being a gag character herself. It isn't perfect, or even very effective, but it at least gives Goku a slim chance at victory.

Saitama realistically shouldnt stand a chance against Goku. There is an enormous power gap between them that Saitama would have to close in order to be able to beat his BASE form. And then with each transformation the power gap will just become larger and larger

Krillin will simply yell at Saitama's creators and they'll end up giving up like how he yelled at Toriyama for being lazy and caused him to get a pay cut
