So Bongo, Salsa, Rumba, Tango, Milongo, Maracatu, Jazz, Break dance, Soul Music, Gospel, Carnival, Candombe, etc... are all of Kongo origin not West Africa. US African/Black-American, Afro-Latin & West Indies music/dance are of Kongo origin. In Jamaica we've Reggae and Kumina.
