Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this an Academy backed by the US Department of State, aimed primarily at developers outside the US? So, US developers don't qualify for a program funded by their own State Department?

Sam Altman and OpenAI are closely monitoring how developers use their API tools, tracking token usage, top apps, and emerging innovations in order to map out their own product roadmap. So if your startup gains traction on top of OpenAI, they could simply study the patterns, then launch a native version and potentially crush or absorb the category. “Sam Altman comes from the Zuckerberg School of Business, which is give dumb people access to your tools, study them, and like the Borg, steal every innovation they have. And Zuckerberg got it from Bill Gates and Microsoft… DO NOT use their API. It’s a trap. It’s a trap.” If you’re a founder/developer relying heavily on OpenAI, you’re potentially handing them the blueprint to replace you. I would never work with Sam Altman and OpenAI… This is a warning.
