This is cool; basically what the UN wants private and public sector to contribute to — access to a baseline level of compute, esp for the global south, plus a fund 🤑

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this an Academy backed by the US Department of State, aimed primarily at developers outside the US? So, US developers don't qualify for a program funded by their own State Department?
