Sam Altman says the perfect AI is “a very tiny model with superhuman reasoning, 1 trillion tokens of context, and access to every tool you can imagine.” It doesn't need to contain the knowledge - just the ability to think, search, simulate, and solve anything.

What if GPT-5 is this super amazing tiny model excellently trained on how ot use terminal, browser and infinite number of tools? and knows which other model is best to be used for the given task within a chain of tasks it reasoned to construct and reason about each task.

Something I’ve been pondering for a while…

I think what he (@sama) means is this: You can have a small language model and a Giant Global Entity Relationship Graph—linking together all the tools, data, information, and knowledge imaginable. The Semantic Web Project laid the foundation for this vision (and reality) with the deeply interconnected Linked Open Data (LOD) Cloud, a massive distributed Knowledge Graph. That’s one half of the equation. The other half? Multimodal natural language as a new UI/UX layer for computing. We’ll keep cycling through names, monikers, and marketing labels—but none of that changes the inevitable: A powerful symbiotic fusion of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the Giant Global Graph—an evolving fabric of hyperlinks that act as pointers to data, information, and knowledge. It’s all there, hiding in plain sight. #SemanticWeb #TheInenvitable #AI #GenAI #KnowledgeGraph

If it has internet access, then it won't need to remember everything.

Everything Sam’s talked about as a possible future has later been released. Just look at o1.

Absolutely, yet there's still this prevailing incorrect idea that it's just a lookup table..

Definitely an interesting thought from Sam. Crazy where all this is going.
