The AI they’ve been using HAS A 90% INACCURACY RATE “The company knowingly used artificial intelligence. That that was faulty. That's where this comes out of. It comes out of litigation” “Separate litigation that they knowingly used faulty artificial intelligence to deny claims that were legitimate to increase profitability. SAM ALTMAN: "You will graduate to a world with AGI in it" Sam Altman just told a room of college sophomores that by the time they finish school, Artificial General Intelligence will be a reality. Specifically: • Science will become increasingly automated. • What it means to start a startup or work at a company will be totally different. • A lot of traditional career advice is no longer going to work. Which is all true. My AGI timeline is actually slightly later than Sam’s - Whereas I believe it will arrive in 2029 but at that point we are grasping at straws.

Musk States: "OpenAI, Inc. has been transformed into a closed-source de facto subsidiary of the largest technology company in the world: Microsoft. Under its new board, it is not just developing but is actually refining an AGI to maximize profits for Microsoft, rather than for the benefit of humanity." Musk's Claims include: - Breach of contract - Breach of fiduciary duty - Unfair business practices He is requesting that OpenAI 'revert back to open source' and that they do not profit off of their AGI technology. As much as some people attack Musk on issues, I can't help but see this as a positive move for humanity in general. Keep in mind that Musk donated $44 million of his money to OpenAI with their original "founding agreement" in mind. Whether the courts agree with is another story but it will be interesting to follow.

I don't know what Sam Altman saw internally at OpenAI, but it seems that, according to their definition, AGI is here, and superintelligence is incredibly close. AI models that independently conduct scientific research and find novel solutions are already here, and their internal model appears to surpass everything seen before.
