@SamForstag Fact check: Dems had full control for 2 years (2021-22), not 4 — GOP took the House in Jan 2023. Even those 2 years, they needed 60 votes in the Senate for most bills. So ‘four years in power’ is doing a lot of work here.

Screaming Bloody Murder turns 15 this year. For better and for worse, this was a crazy time in our lives. A big chunk of it was written in a rented house in the Hollywood Hills — working and partying through the whole process. We ended up touring it for three and a half years, longer than any album we'd ever done before or after. At the start of that cycle we were on fire. By the end, we'd become a dumpster fire. Even with all the turmoil, it's still one of our favorites. If you want to go deeper on this era, we made a documentary about the making of this album called Don't Try This At Home. It's on YouTube
