As a Roman Catholic, I can't prove to you that there's a God,but you as an Atheist can't prove that there isn't.

A needy apology rather than an answer. I am Atheist, not an atheist activist, I think religion is good, god is good and morality is good, that is for those who are bound by secular ethics, otherwise our cities will burn in just about five minutes. Not believing in god tells a truth: that I do not NEED to live for ever, that I am happy with this life and I am happy not to continue for ever being who I am, in whatever haven there is. It tells the truth that I am more than happy not to here there or anywhere. It is the ultimate freedom from reading, learning, eating, pooing, fighting, having sex, dealing with speeding tickets, bad neighbours, arthritis, small Big Macs and…… God is the assurance of continuity of all the things that are mundane, I am happy to be ended.
