Honestly find the smiles on the first rig more adorable. The new rig feels like the character has become comfortable with themselves and streaming, allowing themselves to be more expressive and smile more. First rig is like a little more reserved.

I am blown away by how good this tiny guy is. It's handling the environment perfectly. It's been exploring, not spamming files, editing the same one, testing, validating against what it knows and solo debugging. 30B parameters, the main issue is context but IMO this feels like a model 10x it's size.

I've seen so many people criticize the stock sonic model and say the model needs changing. But no, the model is fine. the problem is with how it's always posed. here for example with the unleashed model you can simply deform the brows and the muzzle to curve. This is pretty much the sonic unleashed game model but with a good rig that makes anything possible with the face. (Rig by DANCADA³ᴰ)

let me save you 3 hours of head scratching. if you're running local models like Qwen3.5-35B-A3B through Claude Code via llama.cpp's Anthropic endpoint, the chain will break every 3 to 5 minutes. tool call fails. flow stops. you reprompt. it recovers. 2 minutes later it stops again. the model is fine. the harness chokes on local inference latency. switch to OpenCode. same localhost endpoint. same model. same GPU. the chain doesn't break. the tradeoff: OpenCode sometimes loops. the model forgets what it already read and repeats the same tool call. but a loop you can interrupt. a broken chain kills your momentum and you start over. watch both side by side. proprietary agent vs open source agent. same 3B model. different failure modes. pick your poison.
