To me it is obvious that Andrej won. Yes you have better quality. But as the viewer, I am far removed from the visual story. Your camera is floating in the air and never really enters the village. What is the point of buying a beautiful car, but never see it

I think Karpathy’s results are way better. What you are showing here is one composition with camera moving around. Karpathy’s is simpler but there are a lot of different compositions that makes the story to make sense
