Agree with you. Same incompetent people running the organization from Hal Steinbrenner (Not even Executive material), Brian Cashman and Aaron Boone. Group think disaster. Yankees have great talent in the Minor Leagues right now from Jasson Dominguez, Spencer Jones and George Lombard. They are certainly better than Grichuk, Grisham, and Callabero. However, this organization is more concerned about control and reducing spends instead of promoting its talent. Awful organization! Lastly, Steinbrenner estimated worth's is $1.4B, which is 22nd in baseball ownership (far behind George Steinbrenner days). Whereas, Dodgers are well over $50B, or #1 in assets/spends and they have won 2 WS Championship in a roll. Yankees have been mediocre since 2010, the exact year Hal Steinbrenner took full control (0 WS). He doesn't know what he is doing. Over his head and keeps relics like Cashman around with his sycophantic Manager Boone, who knows nothing about managing the team. Same mistakes year in and year out. It's called insanity
