Fail. It's an intersection. The intersection was replaced with an overpass. How does the overpass let you get from one road to the other? This just moves the congestion somewhere else.

Really nice idea. But, few issues - Construction takes a lot of time and traffic diversion issue during that period - No ease crossing from right to left or left to right - No public transportation stops for commuters - No Greenery or Gardens - What if the tunnel road is flooded Anyone seeing any other issue?

The final result doesn’t have pedestrians or cyclists. And actually less cars. Also there would be months with the traffic having to go somewhere else. If that’s not an issue you don’t need to change to begin with.
