sometimes i think abt how hardworking and disciplined minho has been for all his life .. he volunteered at elderly homes, he took on multiple jobs while also studying to afford dance classes, he lived alone at a young age, he donated to sponsor children, he gave what he could to others even when he didn’t have much himself.. he took in stray kitties without hesitation and without even asking his mom first, just cus of how kind his heart is… </3 and even while he was working towards his dream he put others before himself along the way.. he never head it easy, he was never given anything for free… he always had to work hard for it and he never complained he got eliminated on the survival show for the sole reason of using his pain for engagement. he walked home in the rain cus he felt like he didn’t deserve a taxi. they broke him and disrespected him and he still showed up the next day to keep going and give everything he has. his dedication and commitment is insane ;; it honestly makes me so emotional… i feel sad thinking abt everything he went thru but at the same time i know this was always his dream. i don’t care abt streams or charts at all but seeing where the group is now just gives me so much relief. it means all his effort and hard work wasn’t for nothing :( i’m just rly proud for him… i’m so glad he got to achieve what he worked so hard for. today he’s able to buy the prettiest toys and treats for his kitties, able to spoil his family, able to casually buy a gucci bag for his dads bday… his face is on the biggest screens, everyone knows him. he must feel so accomplished </3 u came so far. i’m so so so proud of u minho. u deserve everything u have and so much more

Shedeur Sanders isn’t running a 40 at the #NFLCombine —so as a former NFL Scout, I did the next best thing —I timed him running 40 yards during a game two years ago to see how fast he is. I got 5.37 seconds. I timed him with a stopwatch from his first step at the 50 until he reached the 10. What time did you get? THE FINALS might just be my perfect fps game... And what it's made me realize about COD & Battlefield in general - short ttk isn't something I can enjoy for a long sessions. The Finals longer ttk is more forgiving when I make a mistake or playing lazy. And the game design allows for a lot of avenues of attack /escape - the satisfaction of winning a match is very low in COD/BF vs a game like The Finals. The atmosphere they create in game is phenomenal - grinding for guns/attachments and meta builds is annoying. Finals keeps it simple and I far prefer that. If I wanted build depth I'll just play an rpg - the cosmetic customizations are 2nd to none. THE FINALS

Shelter security tootage from kennel 7, captured at 3:47 AM. His name is Teddy. He's 8 weeks old. He was found in a cardboard box on the side of the highway with his siblings - he was the only one who survived. When he arrived at the shelter, he wouldn't stop crying for his mother. A volunteer gave him an old donated teddy bear. He hasn't let go of it since. So I have to tell you what is going on in my life. This last month has been overwhelming for me. By that I mean that I just didn't want to go on after Vinnie died. He wasn't the first to leave me but he was different. When my illness got worse, Vinnie wouldn't leave me. I just didn't have a reason to care anymore. I started looking online at adoptable Chihuahuas and thought I had found one here in Oregon but was turned down because I couldn't take her for 2-3 walks a day and because I didn't have a large attached yard. A "X" friend found this little guy in Texas. The rescue has waved his adoption fee and my "X" friend is paying for the transportation cost. Please welcome "Tank". He left Texas this morning and should be here by Sunday. His family surrendered him (at age 9) to a high kill shelter and a small rescue was able to pull him. Now he will be with me for the rest of his life. He does have cataracts but I am hoping to find help with surgery through large discounts at Oregon Humane because of my age and with help from my Vet if he needs it. Right now he isn't at that point. He had two lumps removed and is cancer free. I hope that Vinnie would approve because Tank isn't replacing him. No one will ever replace him. I will let you know when he gets here.

In 2021, I met a little boy in Darkuman who was making toy cars out of pieces of wood. I remember looking at him and thinking, “This child is gifted.” But behind that gift was a painful story. Prince Kojo was being raised by a single mother who was struggling to make ends meet. He had very little support and was enduring abuse at the hands of his stepfather. Like many children born into difficult circumstances, he had talent, dreams, and potential, but not the opportunities he needed to thrive. By the grace of God, we took him under our care at For The Future Ghana, supported his education, secured a scholarship for him to study Robotics at Asustem Robotics, and helped put him on the right path to gain admission to a TVET school, where he started studying Auto Mechanics last year. Today, Prince Kojo is beginning a sponsored automotive training programme at the West African Vehicle Academy in Accra during his school vacation. Sometimes I look at his journey and wonder what would have happened if nobody had stopped to care. How many brilliant children are out there right now, full of potential but trapped by circumstances they did not choose? Prince Kojo’s story reminds me that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. And sometimes, all it takes to change a child’s life forever is one person deciding to believe in them. Who knows what is next for him? Maybe one day he will build his own automobile company. Mongolia, in their second opportunity in #AsianGames2023, batted full 20 overs #Respect 🙌🏾 👏🏾 A team, which I was told to have just come together to learn the basics 3 months ago have done well for themselves. It takes courage to walk into the unknowns and compete. Davaasuren Jamyansuren, for me, is a definition of talent. The way he fought in a game against us, and today, the way he progressed to face more number of deliveries while batting and also improved his scoring shots is an example of learning aptitude! Not what always pleases your eyes, but more the abilities within to fight, his heart, mind fully focused, his zeal !
