This judge is not having it! Judge Michael Cicconetti didn’t play games. Known for his "creative justice," he was never afraid to speak his mind when a defendant showed zero remorse. In this video, Demetrius "D-Meech" Smith tried to brush off domestic violence charges involving a child, claiming he just "had bigger things going on." The judge wasn't having it. This man did not learn from this. As of April 2026, Demetrius "D-Meech" Smith is currently under supervised release (parole/probation) following a prison sentence for separate felony charges in Ohio. While the domestic violence case in the viral video resulted in three years of probation back in 2017, his legal troubles escalated significantly afterward: Felony Conviction: Smith was later convicted in Cuyahoga County on more serious charges (Docket CR18629042), including second-degree felony offenses. Prison Sentence: He served a multi-year sentence in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction system. Current Status: He was released from prison and began a period of active supervision on April 15, 2025. Supervision End Date: His current parole/supervision is scheduled to continue for approximately three years, with an expected end date in September 2028.

Kieron Leonard of Blackrod, was sentenced to 14 years and three months after he was convicted of being concerned in the supply of cocaine. Rhys Shaw of Bury, was sentenced to seven years and six months after he was convicted of being concerned in the supply of cocaine. Mark Cosgrave of Bury, was sentenced to six years and nine months after he was also convicted of being concerned in the supply of cocaine.
