I really don't know how hard it is for a company like Apple to nail the AI market. They're not behind; they've been left offshore by the competitors.

Not the same kind of technology though. Samsung AI is a generative fill feature while Apple AI is an object remover. Two totally different softwares. Use them each as intended, and they work great.

One is done in the cloud and one is done on device That’s the difference Apple doesn’t do cloud computing for AI, instead they want the phone to do everything internally. It’s just not as good as a giant data center thousands of miles away.

I’d much rather have my phone not be able to generate a picture of my face.
