#LNGSHOT #LOUIS #WOOJIN shared full story how “Never Let Go” was born 👶🏻 this song was actually originally worked on by me and woojin hyung when we were still trainees. after our coach leader heard it, he said the song’s quality was too good, so we decided to try a full team version 🐆after our schedule was over, we just watched youtube and listened to a lot of songs. louis and i were together at that time so we thought “let’s just try it” we searched for a beat right there, i turned on the recording and louis immediately freestyled. i used the hook and then wrote the post-chorus right away. actually at first we weren’t that obsessed or that into the song even though we had kept it, but when our coach leader heard it, he said “this has to be done” so that day we worked on it with the hyungs. at the company, they also matched us with a topliner hyung who was close to us and from there the song developed, but we never imagined it would make it into the debut album

🦌 &team, right. i met up with k hyung from &team. let me tell you the story. i just parted ways with him. so, i met up with k hyung. he had told me before, "if you come to japan, hit me up. let’s grab a meal." but honestly, everyone says things like that, and actually following through to the point where you sit down and eat together isn’t that easy. you get what i mean, right? it’s kind of like when someone asks, "hey, are you going through a tough time these days?" a lot of the time, they’re not genuinely offering to sit down and listen or comfort me. most of the time, it just means they’re curious about how i’ve been and want to catch up on my life. but when i actually reached out to k hyung, he immediately said he was free today, so we went out for a meal and then stopped by a café. and honestly, it was so much fun. even though it was our first time eating together, i felt more comfortable than i do with some of my hometown friends. since he speaks korean well, it made things even easier. and as for me, i’ve learned just enough japanese to at least try and make k hyung laugh. i tried being a little playful, and luckily, k hyung laughed at my jokes. that was a relief, i would’ve been embarrassed otherwise. i laughed a lot, and k hyung did too. we ate, and since k hyung likes walking, we walked around a bit too. he started this career way earlier than i did, so he gave me some advice. but honestly… i don’t even remember what we talked about. it’s like when you meet up with an old friend and later think, "wait, what did we even talk about?" and you can’t remember anything. i was so happy. when i go to apgujeong with hanbin hyung or gunwook, i tend to say, "since we’re in apgujeong, i’ll pay." but when we go often, we just take turns paying. so when i went to apgujeong with gunwook to eat kalguksu, i was like, "i’ll pay this time, but when we go to osan, you cover it." we joke around like that. but k hyung did the same thing. seriously… k hyung was really just like me… it felt like if we met a second time, one of us might disappear, like what happens to doppelgänger or something, just way too similar. we kept talking, then went to a café and talked some more. he said he had never seen someone eat two ice creams before their meal. i had ordered them 10 minutes before k hyung arrived. i saw that the barbecue place had ice cream, so i was like, "oh? they have ice cream? well, then i gotta try it!" and i ordered two. apparently, that was a first for him. i guess it’s not something people usually do. even after the meal, i had more, and then we went to a café. k hyung was once again like, "since we’re in japan, i’ll pay." he took a regular taxi for himself, but for me, he was like, "oh, gyuvin, you’re a superstar!" and called a van. i was like, "hyung, this isn’t right. you should take this one." but he kept insisting, "just get in, get in, get in!" so yeah, we had fun and then i came back. and as soon as i got back, i turned the live. that was my day. also, i have a lot of friends now. there's younghoon hyung, jungha hyung, and of course, k hyung, hanbin hyung… of course, my members are a given. i guess i’m kind of a “insider” now, huh?

during the spiderman movie monthly meeting, seungkwan was sitting with mingyu before the movie started but it he ended up watching it with joshua 🍊 mingyu hyung was with me then shua hyung came over and said “seungkwan, wanna watch it together?” he came over even though it was already so cramped. i bought some watermelon, he ate a few pieces, then suddenly [mingyu said] “oh i dont want to watch it with you. you dont know spiderman well so it’s not fun” then he went somewhere else. he left me before the movie even started right from the very beginning but i had fun watching it with shua hyung. when we got at that part where there was a plot twist in the middle, i figured it out! i told shua hyung “doesn’t that seem off? could it be…?” but i was right 😌

San about filming ‘BAD’ challenge with Kai: ⛰️ When we filmed (challenge) with Kai hyung? I really meet up with Jongin hyung whenever we have time. Really, whenever we have time, we at least eat together, go to the sauna, watch a movie, do an escape room - whenever we have time, we see each other. Then one day I said to him again, “Hyung, could you do this… this together with me?” And he said, “Of course. What couldn’t I do for you? I can do everything for you.” So he really… really… because it was for his dongsaeng (younger brother), he worked so, so hard. Really, really. So I was really… really grateful. Truly. Really… Our hyung… Really… A true legend who has given me so much inspiration. A legend. Actually, Jongin hyung is a living legend. Ah, why did we pull on the tank top? (laughs) We were just doing things as the shoot went along, so it ended up happening like that. Originally, we had outer jackets. So Ini hyung and I were dancing wearing our jackets, then it was like, “Oh? You’re wearing a tank top.” “Oh? What? Hyung, you’re wearing a tank top?” “Oh? Then let’s take the jackets off and film one more time.” So we filmed it like that, and that take ended up being the one used at the end. (laughs) So, yeah. It was really spontaneous. storytime with kai #1 ⭐️ 🐧 this one time…when we were doing the jacket shoot for ‘deja vu’…what was the name again? the concept where i’m wearing a headband, we filmed it outdoors…the one with the rockband vibes 🐧 we filmed it outdoors and we filmed it in january so it was really cold and since we kept moving, sweating and running…the way i remember it, we had a 3 day break after that shoot; i’m not kidding when i say that i was in bed for 3 days straight because i had a cold 🐧 it was really rough so i texted soobin hyung and was like “soobin hyung, please save me” so soobin hyung came to my room and gave me cold medicine and really helped me a lot…the cold medicine that soobin hyung gave me had an instant effect so it really helped a lot 🐧 at the time, we had 3 days off but i was really sick right from day 1 because i caught a cold…and it was snowing! it was actually snowing and i went to the convenience store for a bit because i needed to eat so i went to the convenience store to buy food and i was walking back like this with the food in my hand while getting hit by the snow so it really looked like a movie scene 🐧 it was a good memory…i already had a cold and i was sick but it got worse because i went out in the snow

🐰 something that made me realize that i’m very korean is…when we ate bbq in texas, it was sooo delicious but after eating 2-3 bites, i was like “do you guys have a bowl of rice?” but they didn’t have it!! 🐿️ no carbs? 🐰 yeah but it was really delicious 🐿️ i thought i’d feel that way after 2 bites so i went to eat pho with yeonjun hyung 🐰 it was really delicious but it can’t be helped that koreans… 🐿️ absolutely need rice and kimchi

Han shares the story of how he got his cat Cookie 🥹 Turns out that Cookie was actually a stray kitten Han: "Have I told you about Cookie? Cookie was a stray cat. My mom said there was a kitten in front of the house and it was raining. "So I put the food out but I'm not sure if they will eat it" is what they said. I went to take a look and there was a baby kitten. So I went out to see and this tiny little kitten was standing in front of the food bowl. At the time, the rain wasn't heavy, so I figured it would manage to eat and get by and I just kept an eye on it. Suddenly, it started raining really heavily so I went home to grab an umbrella and came back out. I was crouching down and holding the umbrella over Cookie the whole time and they weren't running away. I think I stayed like that for about an hour or two? Then the rain got so heavy that I thought something bad might happen to it so I just ended up taking it with me. My mom scolded me a lot but I just couldn't leave it."
