They just shot a man, shot him with a taser, he twitched, and then they shot him, just like that, this country is telling the world about human rights.

Before he dropped it, he was already gone. This should be a wake-up call for criminals who think they can outsmart cops or pull this kind of stunt and live to brag about it in jail or to their buddies. This situation sucks.
