Thanks for the update. Is there a document detailing all these so that passengers can always refer to and know how to proceed? I have been a victim repeatedly without any care provided. No airline will try such and go scot free next time

Thanks for the explanations. But na insecurity and bad roads I blame sha, why should I go through all these uncertainties when I come comfortably enter luxurious night bus and sleep my way through the journey and arrive conveniently within schedule with my luggages.

This is not acceptable as it speaks more to reacting to situations instead of instituting structures and processes to improve the conduct of airlines and minimize the infractions.
