Observation 8: Sandy Creek QB Caleb Hill has taken a jump forward this offseason. You can see by how quickly he gets the ball out and how he can go through his progression. Hill goes against some of the better defensive backs in the state which has in turn made him better. Also like his ability to run the RPO game and effective as a runner Caleb Hill Sandy Creek Football
