Tuesday 21st April NAP OF THE DAY 🏇💥 Pontefract 16:32 - Different Drum 15/2 EW4 In the tracker since his run 4th at Pontefract behind Queen Of Steel and Captain Potter now rated 75 17lb higher. He followed that up with a great 2nd over turf at Carlisle behind the now 73 rated Banderas and since he has been campaigned on the all weather and now over hurdles including when winning over hurdles at the start of the month at Carlisle winning a novice hurdle 16days ago. He will have to stay this new trip but with race fitness on his side staying the 2mile trip out well hopefully Paul Mulrennan can settle him and with race fitness on his side i think is great value at 15/2+ tomorrow. 8/1 - Bet365 2 Additional tips already posted in apex at 9/2 and 7/1 🤞 Winning last time out ⬇️🎥

🚨THIS SHOULD BE A LESSON FOR EVERYONE A whale started trading in May last year on Hyperliquid. He made over $45,000,000 in just 4 months. At this point, the best thing to do was stop, but he did the opposite. He kept on taking highly leveraged trades and getting liquidated. Today, his account value is down to just $98,500, and he is down $33,000,000. If calculating from the peak, this guy has lost $78,000,000 in the last 8 months. This is why leaving the casino is even more important than making big money. Otherwise, you'll end up giving everything back.

The champ WHITE ABARRIO doing great this morning, came out of the race in good order. Can’t say enough about this special horse, his heart, competitive spirit, and the connection he has with his racing fan base. Yesterday was a great day for horse racing, three 7-year olds finishing 1-2-3 in a Grade 1 race showing the world these amazing athletes do not need to be retired and go to the breeding shed at 3-4 years olds. Something needs to change for the longevity of the sport, lets get back to racing and not so focused on 3-4 year olds with 6-7 starts hitting the breeding shed. Lets race! Congratulations to one of our favorites Skippylongstocking, now a Grade 1 winner and to Saffie Joseph Jr. and his entire team for winning back to back Pegasus World Cup. Congrats Tyler Gaffalione great ride!

Gio Ruggiero earned a truck race win last year but is still looking for his first of 2026. He is the only driver in the truck Chase who hasn't qualified for a Chase/playoff spot at least once. His thoughts: FOX: NASCAR

I can’t wait for the day Mark Vientos is off this team. Dude is straight up selfish and only cares about himself out there. He burned the Mets’ last challenge of the night with 1 out on a pitch that was damn near the middle. His ABS usage this year proves he has zero clue about the strike zone. SMH #lgm

The Pirates haven’t won a Paul Skenes start in over a month and are currently trailing the Marlins 2-1… Skenes has seen a dip in his fastball velocity this season and nobody in Pittsburgh seems to notice he’s holding the baseball with a different set of muscles this year…. Here he is last June holding the baseball with his interossei muscles (left video) compared to his flexor digitorum superficialis today (right video)…. The interossei originate on the hand, the FDS originate on the humerus…. This is why his hand & wrist orientation is so different at the top of his motion as well as at his follow through….

I know it’s very late but could use some prayers for our lil man. His mom and dad are headed to the er with him. He is struggling with his O2 stats tonight and this time last year that earned him 5 nights in the hospital. Same time last year. He was working so hard to breathe.

After the Phillies win at home tonight, they are 46 and 23 at home this season. That is the best home record in all of baseball this year. The Phillies are 100-49 at CBP since the start of last season. That is the best home record in baseball over these last two seasons

I just noticed that Andy Pages has a new "best catch of the year" according to catch probability, and it's a great example of how watching the advanced stats can tell you things you won't get from watching on TV. This was the last play of the game last Wednesday. Bogaerts hit the ball 102.3 MPH at a 15° launch angle, and Pages covered 45 feet in 2.9 seconds and did it so efficiently he didn't even have to leave his feet. Statcast has it at just a 5% catch probability.

"We do adoption events every month. Yesterday was our biggest one. Forty-two dogs found homes. It was a wonderful day. Winston did not find a home. He is eleven years old. He is large. He is silver-gray and his whole muzzle is white and his eyes are the color of a winter morning and he is the gentlest dog I have ever put on a leash. He sat in the same spot for six hours. He did not pace. He did not bark. He watched every dog around him get chosen and he wagged his tail for every family that walked past him without stopping. Every single one. For six hours. At 5pm when the last family had left and the last car had pulled out of the parking lot I turned around and Winston was sitting at the edge of the empty lot wagging his tail at the space where the people had been. I sat down on the asphalt beside him. I put my hand on his silver back. He leaned into me. I don't have a word for what I felt. I have worked in rescue for nine years. I have never sat on a parking lot asphalt at the end of a failed adoption event and felt so completely undone and so completely certain simultaneously. Undone because he deserves everything. Certain because he is going to be okay. Both at the same time. Both because of him. He wagged at the empty parking lot. That is who Winston is. That is who he has been every day of his eleven years. Share this for Winston. He wagged at the empty parking lot. The least we can do is find him someone to wag at who stays.

Last year, Bryant center Keyshawn Mitchell was a freshman on the scout team. He worked his way into a role. 33 starts, a double-double in three of his last four games. "It's been a great journey. I just kept my head down, kept going." @ABC6 Bryant Men's Basketball

In the last 10 days he has started running. Only for about 50 yards. He does it completely out of the blue and then stops on the spot. I often have to then just carry him home as he freezes. It also seems as if his brain comes off and on in sporadic moments (6/10)

If I’m Cal, I am on the phone right now with Duke WR Que’Sean Brown who just hit the portal This is a shot I got of him vs Cal last year and he really made a strong impression on me from this matchup He plays much larger than his 5’8” frame
