But their improved performance has not had the desired effect: nearly 96% of their total profit has been taken by the government of Pakistan in taxes. Why? Because large companies in Pakistan are currently subject to a super tax regime. Out of their total profit before taxation of Rs 6.3 billion, Packages has been left with an after tax profit of Rs 26 crores. And they are not the only company facing such a situation.

Booking SMDC Festival Grounds for their Trilogy Concert Finale can only mean one thing: They want to do what has never been done by a P-pop group before. It's as if they know that their being good as artists is, unfortunately, not enough to really go global nowadays; that when it comes to talent, there are many, many talented individuals from all over and that they just have to be the standout. Originally limited to 5,000 pieces, the MK 556 assault rifles supplied by Germany were initially exclusively handed out to various Ukrainian SOF units. Later, they were also handed over to the 82nd Air Assault Brigade, 95th Air Assault Brigade and then 58th Motorised Brigade. After the delivery of the initially promised 5,000 units was completed in March 2025, 800 additional assault rifles were surprisingly delivered in April 2025. Only one month later, MK 556 assault rifles were also spotted to be used by the 425th Assault Regiment.
