Regarding the Eric Trump / Daniel Cormier “text scandal”, I am open to being convinced otherwise, but I do not believe for one second that Eric Trump would text something so stupid to Daniel Cormier. It’s laughably stupid on its face to think that Eric Trump would ask a UFC commentator if any of the fights are “rigged”. That he would ask it in writing. And that he would not, for example, just pick up the phone and call Dana White or Joe Rogan himself. That said, I just want to understand what happened. Daniel Cormier said he was hacked. Is that to say he was hacked at the text level, or the X post level? Did he in fact make the post, and delete it? If he made the post, did he do it as a joke to illustrate how absurd the text hack was, but realized how the post could be misinterpreted as real? Or did someone make the post from his X account he subsequently deleted it. I know there are some who are going to say he made the post in earnest, thinking the text messages were real, intending to call out the “corruption”, and he has since been threatened, deleted the post, and claimed “hack”, etc. I can tell you exactly why I do not believe, even if he made the post, he did it believing the text message was real, intending to call out the “corruption”. If Cormier seriously thought the text messages were real, he would understand that by posting it publicly, it would literally destroy the UFC, his livelihood and his legacy - in addition to the legacy of everyone who has ever competed in the UFC. There is no realm of the universe in which even if it were in fact a real text that he actually received from Eric Trump, he would post it publicly. Because it would mean the end of the UFC. I just want to know if he actually made the post from his X account, or if the entire post was the result of a hack (hence the subsequent deleting of the post). And the answer is Jen McCabe’s best friend. 😱 Attorney Marc Diller’s first version of “Exhibit J” was the exhibit he filed in support of his motion for a Temporary Restraining Order to prevent Karen Read from getting her cell phones back from the Norfolk County DA’s Office. In multiple posts after the March 6th hearing, Kerry can be seen sharing the very exhibit that attorneys Diller, Rosenberg, and Seligson referenced in their filings over the past few weeks. In the video she posted, the tweet in question appears at the beginning, followed by screenshots that are described as coming from an alleged phone extraction. We can confirm this appears to be the original version of Exhibit J (before Diller later attempted to substitute a different version while still labeling it “Exhibit J”) because it matches exactly how Seligson described it in Read’s filing. In his response, Seligson states the exhibit is: 🔹 a partial screenshot of a tweet originally posted by Sean McDonough 🔹 includes a quote stating the recording was a “one-party consent call” 🔹 contains the audio of the call itself 🔹 matches the image of the exhibit included in the court filing All of those elements are in the version Kerry has been circulating online. Erika Kirk says Candace Owens is lying — Charlie did not text anyone the day before he was murdered saying, “They’re going to Kill me.” She says she knows because she has his phone. 🔻 Context: Frank Turek said a few times, in the months leading up to Charlie’s murder, he told Charlie he hopes he increased his security — Charlie responded, “I have. They want me dead.” Frank said he didn’t know who he meant by “They”. Frank assumed he just meant leftists. #zhanglinghe #TheBestThing 🩺🌷 he suye always told others to love themselves more than anything else. but, is he also apply it to himself? yes. these two scenes makes me realize that that he knows his value so well and also know when to give up and move on. I love how the screenwriters didn't make his character ended as a "love brain" guy that will just love the FL without any reason. even if he's already been hurt. when he was rejected, he chose to stay away from sxf. it's not until sxf came to his house that he tried to open communication with her again. in 1st video below, he said that he will also end the relationship if he feels it doesn't spark happiness anymore. this is inline with his mother's hardships during marriage. she was trying to hold onto someone who didn't have the same amount of love and made her ended up loving alone and struggling alone. this is also the reason why he didn't propose to sxf. actually, after sxf gave him the ring and the way he said "I thought you will propose me", we know he already considering marriage. but it was only when she propose to him then he propose her right away. did he passively waiting? no. at one side, he waited for her to finally ready to marry him by her own willing. at the other side, he make sure that she also have the same amount of love so he will not end up being the one who has more love in this relationship. he make sure no one in this relationship will end up like his mother. the importance to love yourself before loving others. thanks he suye for this lesson🥹🫶🏻

AIDAN KEARNEY: OH WHAT A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE, WHEN FIRST WE PRACTICE TO DECEIVE Yesterday, Aidan Kearney's attorneys filed a supplemental affidavit in support of their previously filed motions. The affidavit included additional supposed evidence Kearney was "set up" by "government agents", mainly Kate Peter, who conspired with others to use Lindsey Gaetani as a witness in order to have Kearney charged with witness intimidation and jailed. The "evidence" cited had been posted by Gaetani on this platform and included messages from a former girlfriend of Kearney's, Leigha Genduso. Amongst the messages shared was a voice message from Genduso to Gaetani explaining that if Gaetani became a witness, Kearney would no longer be able to threaten her or discuss her publicly. Kearney claims this is proof the dastardly Peter and cohorts plotted to have him charged and jailed by plying Gaetani with false claims Kearney would attack her with revenge porn and embarrassing details from her past to get her to go along with the plan. There's just one problem. The voice message cited by Kearney was left by Genduso was on 12/11/23. This was one day after, on 12/10/2023, Kearney posted a public threat to Gaetani aka Jane on this platform stating he knew she was the owner of the Jane account on Twitter (side note: she was indeed the owner of the Jane account) and that she should "move on" because he would "hate to make this public." Jane, aka Gaetani, he went on "knows what she did" and "what (he) knows about her." So, in reality what had occurred was that through a burner account named "Jane" on Twitter and through Facebook, Gaetani had been reaching out to Peter, Genduso, and others since early November claiming she feared Kearney and stating he had threatened to use her probate documents and revenge porn to retaliate against her. And Kearney, in turn, was very much publicly threatening her, which supported the story she was telling to others. Kearney has claimed he never threatened Gaetani with any type of public shaming however the threat in the below screenshot, proves otherwise. It also proves Gaetani, under Jane, pursued Peter, not the other way around as per her comment to Peter, also in the screenshot. And in regard to the timing, Kearney's own filing also shows the Genduso message was sent on 12/11/2023. I wonder what other truths will come out Bederow Law like the public threat Kearney kept from you. I wonder if there is proof Gaetani deleted the "missing" messages on her extraction. I wonder if there are screenshots that Gaetani sent which show she was framing messages from Kearney as threatening to others. I wonder if Mello told Gaetani not to let Kearney in if he showed up at her house and instead to call the police. I wonder. Because that would certainly blow up the tale your client has told, wouldn't it? Oopsie.

In her article, Gretchen Voss goes into detail about a lacrosse game that Aidan Kearney attended in an attempt to speak with Jennifer McCabe. It is clear that Voss likely spoke with Jen herself about that incident. That timing has raised eyebrows because it would have been just one minute after John O'Keefe's phone reportedly stopped moving at 34 Fairview Road. Due to this, Erin was also subjected to similar harassment. Canton mothers who were upset that Erin had spoken about the missed call from Colin, and who are reportedly friends of Jen, told her to be quiet and put male genitalia in her mouth. More revelations are coming out about Jim Goad, including the revelation that the criticism people leveled at him online---including myself---may have played a role in the crushing depression that led him to take his own life. In his podcast yesterday memorializing Goad, Gavin McInnes states that he believes Goad's 2024 debate with Owen Benjamin broke Goad mentally. Not only is he visibly tired and flustered during the debate, Benjamin accused Goad of abandoning his severely autistic son. According to McInnes, after the debate, Goad told McInnes, "He's right. I did abandon my son." Apparently this was the first time Goad ever conceded that one of his critics was right about him. McInnes---a close friend of Goad's---also claims "in many ways, he was already dead. Last time I spoke to him, I had solutions to his problems, but he wasn't interested." I was the one who discovered what Goad did to his son all the way back in 2018; around the time of the infamous Luke Ford stream (where me, Nick Fuentes, Baked Alaska, and a bunch of others clowned on Goad for hours), a local Atlanta TV station ran a story about how Goad's then ten-year-old son had formed a bond with a local Santa. Goad had split up with his wife Shannon some years before, admitting in one of his podcasts that he was the one who filed for divorce. Goad was so angered by this expose that he recorded and published a phone call with his ex-wife where he refuted the idea that he was a "deadbeat dad." Nobody accused him of being a deadbeat. He was accused of abandoning his disabled son to be raised in a broken home. Goad's self-image of a dedicated truth-telling emotionally unaffected loner and his critics being jilted fans was a carefully constructed lie. He was extremely sensitive to criticism and carefully curated his online image. This included trying to deplatform his critics (as he tried to do to me; in addition to false-flagging my YouTube channel, he successfully got me banned from Medium and may have gotten my website taken down in 2019 through false reports to my webhost), viciously attacking anyone who criticized him even mildly, no matter how obscure they were (as Andy Nowicki reveals in a recent video), and manipulating others into defending him publicly. If you ever got into an online argument with Jim Goad and he felt like he was losing (aka every argument), you'd immediately get dogpiled by a bunch of his friends and exes backing him up. Goad even severed relationships with people he felt were insufficiently willing to defend his honor. For years, he bragged that my ex Ann Sterzinger was going to write a tell-all book about me that would completely destroy my reputation, most recently in a 2022 podcast with Greg Johnson (I believe he ALSO brought it up in an 2023 interview with Ethan Ralph, but don't quote me on that). Sterzinger confessed in private messages that Goad pushed her to write the book to "save his reputation" and became violently angry with her when she never finished it. She also denounced him as a narcissist following the end of their friendship, accused him of lying, said he would complain about "how the fame he pretends he never really wanted never really came his way," and claimed that in 2018, he manipulated her into "pretend[ing] to be OK after being raped" so he could use her as a weapon in his upcoming "debate" with me. Sterzinger also admits that Goad would privately shit-talk his supposed "friends," claiming he shit-talked Gavin McInnes to her and shit-talked her to McInnes. This is corroborated by emails I exchanged with Goad's former friend/co-host Keith Lee. Keith also stated back in 2018 that Goad was "losing control" due to his inability to curate how he was perceived online. Does any of this diminish Goad's influence as a writer? No. But the reality that he lied about himself and others constantly and sought to destroy anyone who criticized him was a consistent feature of his personality. The fact that me and others may have played a role in his depression and suicide makes me feel terrible, even if I was justified in attacking him for what he tried to do to me. I discussed this with a friend and he hypothesized that as Goad's health worsened, it stripped him of his usual coping mechanisms and forced him to confront his personal traumas and lifelong abusive behavior, and he simply couldn't cope. The real bomb in his brain was not his tumor, but his guilt. In any event, if there's an afterlife, I hope he's found some peace.

In July 2014, Lars Mittank, a 28-year-old from Germany went on a vacation with his five of friends to Varna, Bulgaria. The week went by really fast," said Paul Rohmann, one of Mittank’s friends. However, the day before the group was scheduled to fly back home, Lars got in a fight with other German nationals at a bar. The fight stemmed from a disagreement over football. Lars was absent for most of the evening but reappeared at his hotel the next morning, recounting to his friends that he had been assaulted by a group of four men, resulting in injuries to his jaw and a ruptured eardrum. Afterwards, Lars visited a doctor who recommended against flying due to his injury. Additionally, the doctor prescribed an antibiotic for him. Despite his friends' desire to stay with him, he insisted he could manage alone. He encouraged them to stick to the initial travel schedule and fly home on July 7, which they did. Lars checked out of the hotel with his friends and then checked into a new hotel. But this is where things turn really strange. The day following his friends' departure, Lars displayed odd and paranoid behavior. From his hotel, he contacted his mother, Sandra Mittank, speaking in hushed tones, expressing fears that individuals were attempting to harm or rob him. He also urged her to cancel his credit cards. The CCTV in the hotel captured him pacing up and down the halls, looking out windows, and hiding in an elevator. Around 1 am, he departed from the hotel and came back approximately an hour later. His whereabouts during this time remain unknown. In the morning, he once again called his mother, telling her that the people pursuing him were getting closer. Lars arrived at Varna Airport on July 8, 2014, the day he intended to board his flight back to Germany. He sought advice from the airport doctor, Dr. Kosta Kostov, who later characterized his demeanor as "nervous and erratic." According to Kostov, he told Mittank that he was fine and could return home. Lars also expressed concerns about the medication he was taking. Shortly after, a construction worker entered the office, causing Lars to exclaim, "I don't want to die here. I have to get out of here." He abruptly fled the office, abandoning his luggage containing his wallet, cell phone, and passport. These final moments of Lars Mittank can be observed in the CCTV footage provided below.
