I either spend $10K plus on motion capture alone… Or I make the whole short film with Seedance 2.0 for less in just 4 days. Here’s the full 3 minute short film. A few things changed from the original version: I upscaled it entirely with Topaz Labs Astra 2, replaced the final chase sequence, and cleaned up some weird flickers that were bothering me. This is also the version I just submitted to a few festivals. I’m currently attempting to condense my full script into a 40-minute cohesive feature, but for now, this cut feels a lot closer to what I originally had in my head.

Forget UPL, it's the Devin's simple right hand turn that FSD needs to master first. I am blown away that software as good as FSD can make mistakes as simple but devastating as this. This is the second time in less than two weeks that FSD has tried to pull infront of a vehicle on a VERY SIMPLE right hand turn. The car drove pretty much flawlessly all day today (3~ hours of driving) but it ends the day with a move like this and it just takes all the confidence I have with FSD away in a simple move. I understand that the version of FSD we have today is not what will be used in Austin in June, but the fact that FSD is making decisions like this and 'full autonomy' is less than 3 months away - it's a bit concerning to me. If you haven't seen Mr. Robot, I suggest you watch it! This is just early bird access. The options for tools and integrations and such are limited, but what exists is already working quite well. The process is easy peasy. The UI is simple, but effective. It asks you for... 1. Role & Purpose 2. Voice & Style 3. Behavior 4. Rules 5. Tags 6. Avatar image 7. Welcome text. 8. Test drive before publication. ... and that's about it. This free version lets you have at most 3 agents, I am told. This implies that there is also a paid version. I'm all for it, because it sounds to me like VeChain is ready to do real business! I am providing feedback to Jérôme Grillères in order to help improve VeChain's AI agent marketplace. I didn't have to set up anything. The web UI is all I needed! The agent is running on Claude Sonnet 3.7. I did not have to provide a Claude API key. We seem to be riding along on VeChain's. I hope there'll be a choice for more models, including ChatGPT, in the future. This is so user friendly, that I can easily imagine that this would take off in a big, big way. I'm definitely building on this, when it goes into production with full features. Even if my own AI agents aren't successful, then I'm sure others' will be. I think it’s about time Activision or Gameloop officials shared an update on the future of Call of Duty: Mobile on emulator. Gameloop is the only official emulator that allows you to experience the game on PC with a keyboard and mouse without the risk of being banned. However, the game hasn’t been updated on Gameloop for the past 3 months. The comment section of every official Gameloop post is filled with players asking for answers, yet officials are actively ignoring these concerns. I know many will argue about the necessity of playing a mobile game on PC, but it makes the title accessible to a wide range of players who aren't comfortable gaming on small screens. The game already has a full-fledged official PC edition, but it is currently exclusive to China. If Activision chose to, they could release it globally. This would be beneficial for them, especially since many PC and console players are frustrated with recent mainline CoD titles. Most agree that CoD: Mobile is the ideal game they want to play, but they just don’t want to play it on a phone. By releasing a dedicated PC version or restoring support on Gameloop, Activision could unlock a massive new player base, a percentage of whom would likely spend money in-game. It’s a win-win situation for both the developers and the players. The lack of communication needs to end! We need an official answer regarding the future of the game's global version on PC.

Is radical candor in the workplace the right call for CEOs? My co-founder dharmesh ran a 360 on me once. "On a scale of 1–10, how likely are you to recommend Brian as CEO of HubSpot? Why?" He sent it to ~25 people: board, customers, employees. People wrote novels. He organized the results like a product spec. Features and bugs, with direct quotes. The first 10 pages were features. I'm reading thinking....I've got this nailed. Page 11 is where the bugs started. There were a lot! Year one, I tried to fix all of the bugs that people had with me. Didn't work. After that I picked 1 or 2 a year. Luca Ferrari, CEO of Bending Spoons, landed in the same place. He started with five things to improve, realized halfway through the year that was too many, and now picks one per year. The rest is radical candor. See something good or bad, say it. Right away, even in front of the whole meeting. Wording, accuracy, hurt feelings are all secondary to being honest. His one thing right now: telling great people how great they are. He says he's awful at saying it out loud. I got the exact same feedback pretty much every year. My fix was a 15-minute block on Friday afternoons just for compliments. Luca's version of the old "five positives for every correction" rule: "Let's use all six slots for corrections." Pick one "bug" that you have. Get a lot better at it. Then pick the next one.
