I wouldn't worry about the flow temp, the CO poisoning from that flue will end the need for heating.

Had my boiler serviced few weeks ago an they must of turned my boiler down to 62, radiators weren’t getting warm enough, tried bleeding them all…nothing happened! Watched this video, done the opposite an now they’re on 🔥 🙌🏻
