The Senate often considers complex, divisive issues. Protecting the votes of American citizens is not one of them. It is a simple task, and the American people are united: Pass the SAVE America Act.

🚨 NOW: Senate Majority Leader John Thune announces at least 15 REPUBLICAN SENATORS are a "NAY" on nuking the filibuster for the SAVE America Act NAME THEM! THUNE: "We don't [have the votes]. They met with 20 Republican senators, 15 were a NO on getting rid of the filibuster. He thinks he can persuade people, but this is a hard position for a lot of Senate Republicans." Listen to Trump and Democrats LOSE the midterms. It's that simple!

🚨 NOW: John Thune is doing DAMAGE CONTROL amid growing calls for him to RESIGN over his inability to pass the SAVE America Act Thune reiterates TRUMP should be the one whipping the votes. THAT IS YOUR MAIN JOB, THUNE. If you can't do it, LEAVE. THUNE: "The votes are not there to do it. I know [Trump] thinks he can persuade people, but this is a hard position for a lot of senate Republicans."

What’s happening right now in the Senate is a SHOW VOTE. Leader John Thune has absolutely no intention of passing the SAVE America Act, they are hoping it will just fade away and that people will stop calling them. DON’T STOP. HOLD THE LINE!

🚨 JUST IN: DHS Sec. Markwayne Mullin says Leader John Thune doesn't have the votes for the SAVE America Act BE A LEADER AND OBTAIN THE VOTES! "I haven't heard from the Senate that they'd vote John Thune out. He's a friend of mine...there's no excuse for it not being passed. He has a VOTE problem. Thune supports the SAVE Act...Thune is working hard on that, but he's got a very difficult task ahead."

🚨 JUST IN: Senate Leader John Thune is NOT CONSIDERING the SAVE America Act passing into law anymore, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna just said "Just so America knows, after two weeks in recess, John Thune is no longer considering the SAVE America Act." This would be TOTAL BETRAYAL. Like President Trump keeps saying: Republican Senators need to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and go for gold on policies 80%+ of Americans support. Thune should surge the SAVE America Act BACK to the floor so it can ACTUALLY PASS. WITH NO MORE VACATIONS until it's done!

BREAKING: VP Vance just SHOT DOWN the defeatism coming from Leader Thune on the SAVE America Act: Reporter: "Leader Thune says it's unrealistic to get the SAVE America Act passed, do you believe this is possible?" 🚨 JUST IN: President Trump is STILL pushing for the SAVE America Act to be PASSED in the Senate, despite the Iran operation DO NOT LET UP ON THE PRESSURE! "The SAVE [America] Act is a PRIORITY for this president and the administration... The president can walk and chew gum at the same time, and he's very much continuing to focus on the issues that matter here at home for the American people, including the passage of the SAVE [America] Act"

🚨 JUST IN: Senate Leader John Thune tells President Trump NO, they WON'T attach the SAVE America Act to the FISA bill as Trump requested because it's "unrealistic" At EVERY POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY the SAVE America Act gets stalled and blocked. IT GOT 50 VOTES ON THE FLOOR, nuke the filibuster so JD Vance can swoop in and break the tie! 🔥 Listen to Trump = win. It is a simple equation, Thune!

🚨 UPDATE ON SPINELESS JOHN THUNE NOT CANCELLING AUGUST RECESS Growing pressure on Senate Republicans to skip recess and stay in D.C. to pass the SAVE America Act. Some want to force the issue with a talking filibuster. Others say the votes simply aren’t there. Trump and a number of senators call it the top priority. The Senate Leader is failing the American people. Failing to deliver could cost Republicans this fall.

"We have a filibuster that would give us the right the vote and you wouldn't need Democrat votes." If they STOLE BACK MAJORITIES, it would be NUKED in the first hour. GET IT DONE Leader John Thune

“In the House, we passed the SAVE America Act—the most popular bill in the nation right now. 80 percent of the people support it, the only place this is controversial is in the U.S. Senate… There’s a path forward for this, the president sees it, that's why he’s calling the bluff.” Texas Congressman Rep. Michael Cloud says the SAVE America Act isn't controversial with the American people—just with the senators blocking it. And President Trump is making sure they hear about it. 🚨 JUST NOW: Senate Majority Leader John Thune says he'll see if the votes are there for President Trump's $5,000 Trump Dividend after the midterms "He wants more money in the pockets of the American people." Q: Would you cut taxes? THUNE: "We'll take another run at it...we'll look at every opportunity to let the American people keep more of what they earn." This kind of spending package could be done in reconciliation if it passes the Byrd Rule. If it does, that needs 50 votes + JD Vance in the Senate
