You must hv knowledge what to eat what not to eat. Amul and Havmore brands make ice cream by milk and cream. Amul ghee & all cooperative dairy brands of ur state like Milma, Parag, Sanchi is pure ghee. All other brands are not reliable. Honey u must always purchase from local govt khadi gramoudhyog shop. It is made by some adivasi self help groups and 100% pure. All other brands if u keep them in fridge solidified indicating presence of jaggery and water. Oil u must buy from local cold pressed shop who take it out in front of your eyes. Don’t buy any brand of refined oil specially rice bran sunflower etc. Eat only Ground nut, Mustered, coconut and Til oil.
