Was in a food store M&S tonight at 6pm. No tills open. We had a trolley full of shopping and asked the lady if someone could open one up for us. She didn’t want to and tried making excuses about lack of staff and more or less trying to guilt us as she said the staff will then be late finishing!! We stood our ground as we don’t expect that level of poor service from you. I did remind her that people like me want them to keep their jobs! She moaned that head office are cutting staff-you will lose customers if you carry on like this!
