The admin’s fantasy ignores $99B in annual benefits & $13B yearly fuel savings while accepting 2,500 premature deaths. Why even call it the EPA anymore? You're not "protecting" anything but billionaire and corporate interests. I swear, all Republicans need to do is use the word "deregulation" and their voters clap like trained seals. They don't care about the implications because they're just not informed to begin with, but also because it's not about anything other than their political and ideological convictions. It's about politicizing science and insisting that their ass backwards and misanthropic views about vaccines, biology, climate change, the environment, infectious diseases, public health, medicine, etc, are more informed than the leading and relevant scientific research on the matter. As long as they're "owning the libs," as long as they're reversing some Obama era measure or enacting reckless "deregulatory" policies, they're satisfied. That said, let's take a moment to refute so-called "climate deniers" who can't be bothered to inform themselves, and instead have taken a blind ideological stance on this issue. Because it's better to inform and be dismissed as a "brainwashed liberal" than to have never informed at all. First of all, 97 percent of climate scientists agree that Earth's recent warming is primarily caused by humans. What do these scientists have to gain by lying to you? Better yet, and before you drum up a bunch of asinine conspiracy theories, ask yourself what the fossil fuels industry and all the politicians and political interests it lobbies and funds—what they have to gain by lying to you? That said, although natural changes have occurred throughout Earth's history, the speed at which today's warming is happening cannot be explained alone by natural factors. "Natural" climate change cannot account for the intense trend since the industrial revolution. It’s no coincidence that while global temperatures have been rising since the late 19th century, the most rapid increase has occurred since the 1970s. Changes that have occurred over the course of thousands, even millions of years, are now happening over the course of decades. CO2 levels are now the highest recorded in recent memory. Samples of ice gathered by scientists by drilling deep into ice sheets allows us to provide a continuous record going back 800,000 years. Today's levels are not only far outside of natural variation, but they are the highest registered along this record. If you're confused about how these levels are recorded and documented, scientists use instruments to measure the concentration of gases, including CO2 and methane, that are confined within little bubbles of air that get trapped within glaciers. The ice cores that they extract from these glaciers are often thousands of feet long and represent hundreds of thousands of years of snowfall compressed into ice. Sort of like how the layers of different rock that form the Grand Canyon tell a geological history. Isotopic analysis (carbon has different forms) shows that the extra CO2 is coming from fossil fuels as this form of carbon has a distinct, identifiable "isotopic fingerprint." When climate models include only natural factors, they cannot reproduce the current observed warming.

Thank you Trump! The EPA have forced manufacturers to make cars worse and more expensive to maintain. I would love to see the aftermarket performance market deregulated. The overreach during the Biden admin into small performance shops was INSANE. They fined small YouTube channels and shops into the 6 figures ruining lives and destroying the market.

Engineering by decree is always a disaster. The start-stop button was the peak of "doing something just to look like you’re doing something." You can’t regulate your way into a utopia while the average guy is struggling to fix his truck. Scrapping these rules is just common sense winning over a decade of administrative overreach.
