Everything is good...but that salary part hurts more.. 80 perc population salary doesn't go 10perc every year.. That's too much optimistic. Salary is not even catching inflation..that's the hard truth

This is how "experts" misguide you ...while he has not given any factually incorrect info... but he has not given the returns of the same investments in equity mf by increasing the sip by 10% in equity mf. Also, what if equities deliver < 12% which is also a probability

Many times we forget, 1) some things are out of our control (returns) 2) some things are in our control (investment amount) Perhaps investors should focus more on those that are in our control (investment amount).

Step up SIP is the biggest illusion

Fuck sip and Mfs . Why common man has to invest his hard earned money to pump up the valuations of mediocre performing companies? Companies loan taking ability increase ? But where is the profitability? And our non competitive cos aren't going outside and increasing exports
