I’ve spent the last month at home in Vegas projecting a hard sport route at a local sport crag (in between parenting and work travel - there’s been a lot of real life mixed in!). When I started working on the route I thought it was maybe the hardest thing that I’ve tried, but now that I’m getting closer to sending I’m not so sure. Funny how that happens. But it’s been great having a project to stay motivated. And it’s such a beautiful wall! Video and route by my friend Mike Doyle

So Cybertruck has never had summon (move forward or backward with the Tesla app) like most Tesla’s. It Especially didn’t have Actual Smart Summon (A.S.S.) which means you can call it to you for let’s say if it’s raining and you parked far away. So I go to test it while my wife needed a couple items at Walmart. I work out the settings and then it’s saying unavailable etc. I finally work it all out and get to the door at Walmart and realize I need my wife to film since I’m using my phone to test ASS. After texting and pacing at the front door of Walmart with lots of humidity (and I’m now sweating and getting looked at like a person about to kidnap someone) since I’m like a kid at Christmas given a gift and told don’t open it yet. Finally, she comes out and it comes and does the job perfectly. She says you can edit all that out and I’m like no it’s perfect. It sums up 3 decades of marriage. I was so giddy I forgot to WORD at the end. This is gonna be fun!

I’ve been following this phenomenon for a while. I have no idea what to make of it but when you see the sky get that black at 3:30 in the afternoon on a sunny day AND you hear what sounds like loud trumpets in the sky…It means something.. I’m not sure what. I don’t know if it’s biblical or if it’s something our government is doing, but I know what it sounds like to me . It’s been happening all over the world . I’d love to hear your opinions on this.

I’ve been following this phenomenon for a while. I know a setup like this for many people would look cool and convenient but hear me out. I would only utilize something like this while parked in a camping area with other people. I would not use this by myself in the middle of the woods like this. I don’t feel they are safe and I’ll explain why. First off and most importantly, I don’t see a safe way to secure it. It’s all thin plastic sheeting meant to be waterproof but can be easily cut to gain access. If anyone wanted to cause harm or rob you, all they have to do is cut through the sheeting and they would have access to everything. It wouldn’t be hard to break into this. Then I look at how long it takes to setup, while it shows one person can set this up by themselves. Look at how long it takes to do this, it’s very impractical. I feel something like this that’s an add on to a vehicle should be much easier, like pushing a button and everything is pops out by itself. In an emergency I couldn’t imagine trying to fold things back in the right way while trying to escape. Could you imagine trying to outrun a bear in this only for it to be ripped off by tree branches cause you couldn’t fold it in time? The scenario I’m thinking of is what if I am being chased by a wild animal like a wolf or a bear. I couldn’t just hop in my Jeep and take off with this setup. Everything is folded out and tethered into the ground. It’s not like a traditional tent I could leave behind. If I was out camping with friends for a few days I think this could be ok. But doing a van life of camping for months at a time during the summer months wouldn’t be safe or practical as a solid unit like a standard RV. I wouldn’t be comfortable or safe in something like this.

#ลีน่าหมิว #LenaMiu 🦋: I feel it’s an episode that should be watched the most. 🧸: it shows the cuteness of Parn and Pheem, where they fell in love, the start of the sparks, and the start of the feeling of ‘hey, I really like this woman’ and ‘hey, you really like this woman’. 🦋: and the important thing is that you get to see the trauma for both of the characters from their personal lives. Like why do both of the characters think this way and what’s the trauma. There’s a backstory to the characters, which will give it more weight/depth in the later episodes. 🦋: we’re very happy that everyone/fans want to come and watch us in the first ep. We also wanted everyone to come and watch with us on the big screen. 🧸: yes, we’re very happy to see the fans. The last time was our first time, so we were nervous (excited nervous) and it was a bit scary. But since this one is now our second series together, I feel like it’s going to be more fun because we now know what it’s like to watch it with the fans – it’s like being at a boxing match and cheering. And for this series, P’Lena also said that it’s going to feel more like we’re cheering at a boxing match than the last series. 🦋: to be real with you, it’s gonna make you shy/blush because the scenes in the series are like…give you goosebumps and especially having to watch it on the big screen, it makes the viewers feel it more. Here are the graphics we made at Intel. I work at Nike innovation now so don’t work on them anymore so not sure all the details for this version but basically we used cameras and computer vision to track each athlete in each lane. Because the cameras were calibrated to specific locations and each frame of video timestamped, we could get distance and time data which you can use to get speed, naturally. Feed the data to a 3D rendered stadium and overlay graphics, and voila. We chose to show speed at the end of each “phase” of the race which I based the location on the data we got from testing and common knowledge of the 100m. So stopping at 30m (drive) and 60 (maintenance) and the end was intentional. Looks like a white label indicates a leader at the end of the phase. The green thing at the front of their label looks to indicate if their are accelerating. This is a bit of a deception because you’re always either accelerating or decelerating. So what it’s actually an indication of is if you’re within a certain percentage of your top speed. The green at the end is graded based on that which is why it’s a gradient. Basically shows that Noah not only has the highest tops speed but holds it best. The final view is everyone’s top speed and where they hit it in the race. It’s freaking wild that Tobago hit his top speed so late.

At around 8 this morning I was only at about 166 degrees when it decided it was going to rain so I hurried up and took it inside and finished it in the oven. I pulled it at about 200 degrees and I knew I was going to rest it in the cooler so I figured I would have 5 degrees to spare. A four hour rest in the cooler turned into a 6 hour rest because I fell asleep and overslept. The bark wasn’t as crispy as I like it to be but the meat is tender and juicy, it cuts easy and falls apart in your hand. Over all it turned out good. I think I’m going to save it for special occasions or when I have a lot of time on my hands.

Did you just see it too? The car in question just vanished. There were reports from other drivers that claim the same thing at this intersection. They all saw a car driving on the road and all of a sudden it wasn’t there anymore. The car in question reminds me of a 1950’s Belair, it looks so out of place for today’s day and age. I do see some of them on the road every once in a while and that’s why they stick out to me so much. I’m not saying this is a haunted road or this is even paranormal, however I have heard of these residual style occurrences happening. If that was the case maybe this was where the original owner had an accident and it plays out over and over throughout the years at random. Have you ever seen anything like this before? What would you do if you saw this? I think I would keep coming back so I can see it again, events like this fascinate me.
