Saw this dead dolphin while walking on Imperial Beach in San Diego this afternoon. An algae bloom is killing dolphins, sea lions, and birds here. And the unrelated awful stench of sewage from Mexico is in the air. Happy to hear EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin is planning to visit.
