Exactly. This embodies everything i want from the new film perfectly. Superman casually saving the day, the people of metropolis cheering and appreciating Superman, as well as a subtle intimate scene between him and Lois. Along with the needle drops😭 It’s perfect.

A shame the rest of the movie wasn't so gas. Shit reminds me of a problem me and a bunch of other writers have: we have that one scene, that one set piece we focus on so myopically that we neglect the lead up and the aftermath.
