Saying Grace (by team)

Calvinist: Lord thank you for this meal you predetermined I would be eating before the beginning of time and also predetermining me to eat and predetermining me to give thanks for and for predetermining -

🤣🤣

As a former Baptist to non-denominational who married a Pentecostal and then converted to Catholicism against the wishes of my wife’s Orthodox godparents… this is extremely accurate lmao

That’s quite the pipeline🤣

Oh and my pastor is one of my best friends and was super pissed at me when I told him we were converting 🤣 Thankfully we are on good terms now and have good theological discussions that don’t turn into arguments… most of the time

Not sure which team this is:

Doggo was concerned bro

The actual Lutheran table prayer - It's in the Small Catechism so there is no excuse for this video.

Every Orthodox I know (including me) do the Sign of the Cross over our food.

I am one with the bread! 🤣🤣🤣

I've heard the non-denominational one referred to as the "wejus" prayer. (As in "Wejus....and wejus....and wejus....")

I’m just happy when I see someone praying to Jesus. Too few people pray before eating.

Trad Catholic: benedic Domino nos et haec tua dona-

If we could figure out how to convert the Pentecostal to electricity we could probably power a major city with four of them.

The Pentecostal prayer took me out….. why do extra 😂😂😂

Me: Thank you Jesus for the food please bless it and bless the people who prepared it amen

lmao this is great

🤭 funny but true!

Come on, man! Total Lutheran botch. You have 2 options: 1. Lord God Heavenly Father, bless us and these Thy gifts which we receive from Thy bountiful goodness through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. or 2. Come, Lord Jesus, be our guest, and let Thy gifts to us be blessed. Amen.

"for pastor Billy Joe" 🤣

@FiatLuxGenesis lol

A quick research into Orthodoxy would of helped.

Orthodox all the way ✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️

I didn't know I was praying thanksgiving similar to Ortodox. Routinely Catholic but sometimes I just realised I pray to attack or defence like pentecostal & sometimes I pray the deliverance letanies in latin like a Presbyterian. The last one is the demonic new age. Very dangerous!

Lutheran is spot on 👍🤣

Lord forgive me bc I am dying of laughter! The accuracy 🤣🤣

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hilarious And yet Frighteningly accurate

That’s very well observed, but he got the words of the Catholic prayer wrong so this indicates to me that he is not a catholic 😅

Catholicism ☝️♥️

🫡🇺🇸 Go red white and blue

lol

🤣🤣🤣

I needed this so much. Thank you for breaking the spell of doom and gloom racing around in my head! 😆
